Underscoring the continued growth and success of its home entertainment business, global content leader Lionsgate (NYSE: LGF.A, LGF.B) has signed Ron Schwartz to a new long-term agreement as President of Lionsgate Worldwide Home Entertainment, it was announced today by Lionsgate Motion Picture Group Chairman Joe Drake.

Creator, writer and host of the critically-acclaimed series Adam Ruins Everything on truTV, Adam Conover, will embark on a national tour, Mind Parasites Live, beginning November 28th in Boston. Presented by truTV, the tour will run through January 2019 stopping in 24 major cities around the U.S.

SHOWTIME has announced the airdate for its upcoming docu-series SHUT UP AND DRIBBLE, with the first episode premiering on Saturday, November 3 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME on-air, streaming and on demand. The remaining two episodes will continue at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Saturday, November 10 and Saturday, November 17. Narrated by acclaimed sports journalist and commentator Jemele Hill, the three-part documentary series is a powerful inside look at the changing role of NBA athletes through the lens of our shifting cultural and political environment. Hill is among one of the many luminaries featured in the documentary that includes former NBA players, executives, sports journalists and pop-culture icons. Deck the halls and spread the holiday cheer, TLC is gifting fans with THE 12 POPS OF CHRISTMAS, a one-hour pop-a-ganza featuring Dr. Lee, a.k.a., Dr. Pimple Popper.  The special will premiere on December 13 at 9:00PM ET/PT.

NBC ranks #1 for the night among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49, winning six of six half-hours among those nets in 18-49 and total viewers. NBC stretches its nightlong margins versus last week to +67% in 18-49 (2.0 vs. 1.2 for #2 Fox) from last week's +50% (2.1 vs. CBS' 1.4) and in total viewers to +2.1 million persons (9.5 million vs. 7.4 million for #2 ABC) from the previous Monday's +828,000 (9.9 million vs. CBS' 9.1 million).

Jack White has announced a show at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on November 20, 2018 as a makeup show for Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival's recent cancellation, ending the BOARDING HOUSE REACH world tour with a special hometown performance. The show will feature support from very special guests Margo Price and Joshua Hedley, rounding out the Third Man-centric bill.

On a lifelong quest to find a legendary empire of mythical giants, Amazon expedition leader James Lynch and navigator René Delmotte return to the jungles of Peru in the Travel Channel premiere of “Lost Amazon: Project Z” on Tuesday, October 16 at 10 p.m. ET/PT. In the hour-long special, the renowned adventure-seekers, joined by field scientist Marsh Mokhtari, journey deep into the mountains and uncover a remarkable lost civilization buried under a canopy of tropical forest. With the use of the latest drone-mounted LiDAR technology (laser light beams that penetrate layers of the forest canopy to generate a 3-D map of the surface), the team has mapped out an enormous city that is much larger than even the locals realized because most of it is hidden by the jungle.

The Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG) announced today that the 2018 production of the Christmas Spectacular Starring the Radio City Rockettes, presented by Chase, will be technologically transformed with the addition of an all-new finale scene and redesigned elements. Academy Award-winning actor Emma Stone joined Dr. Harold Koplewic from the Child Mind Institute to discuss her experiences with anxiety that started at an early age. In a panel that felt more like an intimate therapy session for all to see and hear, Stone discussed the importance of being more open and honest with her anxiety. Using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, she described how anxiety “is part of me but isn't me.”

Concord Records is pleased to announce the signing of acclaimed singer/songwriter Maggie Koerner. Originally from Shreveport and based in New Orleans, she has worked with acts like Galactic and The Revivalists, and has performed with her own band at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, Austin City Limits and Pemberton Music Festival, to name a few. Koerner is currently working on material for what will be her label debut album, scheduled for release in spring of 2019.

NATHAN'S KINGDOM will premiere at the Heartland Film Festival. The fantasy drama follows Nathan, a young autistic man struggling with his teenage opiate-addicted sister, and how they risk it all to find a kingdom that once existed only in their imaginations. Written and directed by Olicer Muñoz, the coming-of-age tale stars Madison Ford, Jacob Lince, Sarah Assumma, John Henry, and Peter Mendoza. Lince is one of the first autistic actors with a lead role in a narrative feature – a huge accomplishment for the autistic community and their supporters.
