Pacific Bridge Arts Foundation is proud to partner with the City of Los Angeles - one of the most diverse cities in the world and home to millions of Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) - for a special concert event IDENTITY LA: A Night Celebrating Asian American Pacific Islander Women. The free open-to-the-public event celebrates the city's diverse AAPI community and culture specifically influential women during Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month. 

Model Zero (which features members of Ex-Cult, Aquarian Blood, and Jack Oblivian's backing band the Sheiks) will release their debut LP via Slovenly Recordings and Black Gladiator on June 28th. You can hear the first Drum Buddy-soaked single from the album now.

New Jersey indie-rockers, The Vaughns, have announced they will be releasing their debut full-length album, entitled FOMO, this spring. The record is set to be released May 10, 2019, and will include singles 'Santa Cruz,' 'Bring Your Kids To Work Day,' 'Coffee Sundae,' and more.

Sunday State has announced their debut EP and unveiled a new track. The band will celebrate the release of their EP titled 'Mono' with a release show on May 10th at Portland ORE's The Fixin' To. 

Veteran actor and legendary horror movie icon Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger of the 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' franchise) resurrects the frightening, odd and creepiest stories ripped straight from the headlines of yesteryear in Travel Channel's new series 'Shadows of History' (wt). Newspapers from America's past document bizarre, mysterious accounts that seem too incredible to be true. With the help of historians and scholars, Englund makes every one-hour episode an immersive experience designed to raise goose bumps and quicken pulses. And every thrill ride is all the more terrifying because it isn't the work of a science fiction writer, but originally a news article reported in the American press. The six-episode series will air later this year.

Legendary metal band Demons & Wizards have just announced their A Magical Encounter With Demons & Wizards North American headline tour today. The band will hit the road starting August 17th in Los Angeles and will be wrapping with their sold out show on September 7th in Atlanta. OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network announced it has ordered new episodes of its popular unscripted series on the network's successful Saturday night lineup: “Ready to Love” and “Love & Marriage: Huntsville.” The announcement was made today by Tina Perry, president, OWN.
