Bounce, the nation's fastest-growing television network designed for African American audiences, is getting into the Holiday spirit this season by producing and premiering two original movies: Every Day But Christmas, debuting Sunday, December 1 at 9:00 p.m. EST, and Greyson Family Christmas airing Sunday, December 8 at 9:00 p.m. EST.

Today, The National has released Juicy Sonic Magic via Americanmary.com, a 10-minute mini-documentary in conjunction with their Black Friday Record Store Release of the three-cassette box set entitled The National: Juicy Sonic Magic, Live in Berkeley, September 24-25, 2018. Directed by David DuBois, the film tells the story of late, great concert taper Mike “The Mike” Millard and an homage to his work that was undertaken by archivist and producer Erik Flannigan, who attempted to recreate the legendary taper's methods by using the same vintage cassette deck and microphones Millard employed in the '70s to record The National at two Greek Theatre concerts last year. Watch the minidoc below and find a record store near you at recordstoreday.com.

 DelFest, the festival brainchild of Del McCoury and his extended McCoury family now in its 13th year, in partnership with High Sierra Music, announced an initial star-studded lineup today. Held at the Allegany County Fairgrounds in beautiful Cumberland, MD, DelFest originated from the desire to create a family-friendly music festival celebrating the rich legacy of McCoury music while creating a forum for world-class musical collaborations and to showcase fresh new talent. SHOWTIME has picked up a second season of DESUS & MERO, the network's first-ever late-night talk show. DESUS & MERO will return for season two on Monday, February 3 and will air all-new episodes every Monday and Thursday at 11 p.m. ET/PT. DESUS & MERO features the duo chatting with guests at the intersection of pop culture, sports, music, politics and more, as well as giving their take on the day's hot topics in their signature style in front of a small live studio audience from New York City. The National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE) announced today that the recipients of NATPE's 17th Annual Brandon Tartikoff Legacy Award are award-winning actress Christine Baranski, ABC Entertainment President Karey Burke, prolific television creator, producer and writer Courtney A. Kemp, President of NBCUniversal's Telemundo Global Studios, Marcos Santana, and Chairman, WarnerMedia News and Sports & President, CNN Worldwide Jeff Zucker. They will receive the prestigious award during the NATPE Miami 2020 convention during a dinner gala on January 22, 2020, at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach. The dinner, with its A-list attendees, benefits the NATPE Educational Foundation, with a portion going to the Broadcasters Federation of America (BFOA). Bob Holmes is returning as Executive Producer of the show.

When THE MARSHALL TUCKER BAND played their 12/31/78 show at The Warehouse in New Orleans, it was simulcast on over 150 radio stations nationwide, making it the most widely-heard rock concert of its time. Now, RAMBLIN' RECORDS is releasing the concert on gatefold double LP and CD for the first time. The album will first be available at independent record stores only on November 29 as a 'RSD First' in conjunction with Record Store Day's Black Friday event. It will then be available online and everywhere else in late January.

Singer, songwriter and producer Sam Sparro shared the first video from his upcoming third full length album Boombox Eternal today. The video for latest single 'Everything' is a celebration of queer love and friendship. It was filmed recently in the Southern California desert, directed by filmmaker and fellow musician Deanne Reynolds (aka DEDE), features clothing from unisex clothing brand Last Heavy and choreographed by Thed Jewel, who is also a musician and designs for Last Heavy.
