Eisemann Center Presents Riders In The Sky with The Quebe Sisters in Christmas the Cowboy Way at the Eisemann Center, 2351 Performance Drive in Richardson, Texas on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 7:30 pm in the Hill Performance Hall. 42 years ago, Ranger Doug, Too Slim and the late Windy Bill Collins played that first date on the bitter cold evening of November 11th, 1977 at Herr Harry's Frank N' Stein Rathskeller in Nashville, and small listening room dates followed. By August of the following year demand was building, and while Windy Bill left, Woody Paul joined, and the true professional beginnings of the band began at the Kentucky State Fair, where the trio played 10 days for $2500 and bought their own rooms and meals out of that!

On Tuesday, Dec. 3, The Madison Square Garden Company (NYSE: MSG) and AMC Networks (NASDAQ: AMCX) hosted the 19th Annual Holiday Rock & Roll Bash benefitting the Lustgarten Foundation, the world's largest private funder of pancreatic cancer research. The Foundation's premier fundraising event, the Bash raised more than $1 million this year. Thanks to separate funding to support administrative expenses, 100 percent of every dollar raised goes directly to pancreatic cancer research.

ABC News' “World News Tonight with David Muir” finished as the No. 1 evening newscast in Total Viewers (9.259 million) for the week of Nov. 25, 2019, based on Live + Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. “World News Tonight” beat “NBC Nightly News” (9.062 million) by 197,000, winning all 10 weeks of the season and the last 53 weeks overall.

ABC's “20/20” outperformed NBC's “Dateline Classic-Fri” in all key target demos: Total Viewers (+28% - 3.7 million vs. 2.9 million), Adults 18-49 (+20% - 0.6/3 vs. 0.5/3) and Adults 25-54 (+29% - 0.9/4 vs. 0.7/3). ABC's “20/20” posted double-digit increases week to week (11/22/19) across the board: Total Viewers (+19% - 3.7 million vs. 3.1 million), Adults 18-49 (+20% - 0.6/3 vs. 0.5/3) and Adults 25-54 (+13% - 0.9/4 vs. 0.8/3). In fact, “20/20” saw its most-watched telecast in over 7 months – since 4/5/19.

Airing on the Friday after Thanksgiving, ABC's “American Housewife” ranked as the night's No. 1 show in Adults 18-49 (0.9/5), leading runners-up Fox's “WWE Friday Night Smackdown” (0.8/4) and CBS' “Frosty the Snowman” special (0.8/4) by 13% each. After placing behind CBS' holiday specials and Fox's “WWE Smackdown” in L+SD, “American Housewife” moved ahead to rank as the night's highest-rated show in L+3 with Adults 18-49.

Today, BET Networks announced new original scripted miniseries 'Uptown.' The three-part television event will tell the comprehensive story of Andre Harrell's iconic New York City record label, Uptown Records. Launched in 1986, following a joint venture deal with MCA, Andre Harrell's Uptown Records played a vital role in the careers of some of the most influential voices in hip hop, soul and R&B, including Heavy D & The Boyz, Russell Simmons, Lyor Cohen, Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, Father MC, Al B. Sure, Christopher Williams, Teddy Riley, Notorious B.I.G., Sean 'Diddy' Combs and many more.
