Sam Ravenna's sophomore release, “Fragile”, picks up where his self-titled EP leaves off, and dives deeper into what drives Ravenna as an artist. From vintage Motown flavored soul music, neo-soul funk beats, yacht rock, to experimental avant-guard Jazz and psychedelic dub, 'Fragile' simultaneously throws you back to the past, and plunges you deep into the future. To record the album, Sam and his Lake Tahoe based band set up an extensive studio at the house of drummer and sound engineer, John Riley. They laid the foundation for a 14 track album, all while being inspired by the views of a massive alpine lake just outside the window. 

This summer the world watched in awe as a treacherous mission was staged to save 12 boys and their soccer coach from a flooded cave in Thailand. Now that the team is safe, a special edition of “20/20” features ABC News foreign correspondent James Longman's exclusive interview with the boys and the coach, Ekkapol Chantawong, known as Ek.

 Five Boroughs Music Festival (5BMF) opens its 2018-19 season with a performance by duo Fire & Grace, featuring guitarist William Coulter and violinist Edwin Huizinga. Fire & Grace's programs explore the connective musical elements of classical, folk, and contemporary traditions from around the world, showcased through the duo's own arrangements. Concerts are held on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at An Beal Bocht Café in Riverdale in collaboration with ClassicalCafé, with additional performances on Friday, September 28, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. atRockwood Music Hall, Stage 3 in Manhattan, and on Sunday, September 30, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Alice Austen House in Staten Island.

TLC announced today that its second annual GIVE A LITTLE Awards, an extension of the network's national multiplatform campaign dedicated to empowering individuals to make a difference in the lives of those in need by giving a little time, support and compassion, will be held on September 20 in New York City. Presented in partnership with Redbook magazine and Love Is Louder, a project of The Jed Foundation, this event will shine a light on advocates who work tirelessly to prevent bullying. TLC star Jazz Jennings, TV personality/host Kelly Osbourne and recording artist Jessie Chris are among those being honored this year, in addition to three national contest winners who are purposefully sowing seeds of kindness and standing up against bullies in their communities: Kristin Caminiti (Kindness Grows Here), Dianne Grossman (Mallory's Army) and Jaylen Arnold (Jaylen's Challenge).

The Food Film Festival returns to New York City for its 12th straight year! The five-day Festival will feature a series of events where food and film lovers get to Taste What They See on the Screen...right in their seats! At each event, guests are served the food from the films as they watch on the screen in the Festival theatre. That's always followed by an official Festival After-Party with more food, drinks and fun, served up by chefs and restaurants from New York City and beyond.

 Beyond Fest, the highest-attended genre film festival in the U.S., is excited to announce Cronenberg with Cronenberg: A Retrospective of the New Flesh- an exhaustive,13-film celebration of the legendary autuer's career. Returning to Los Angeles for the first time in a decade, David Cronenberg will be in attendance for three, special event screenings at the legendary Egyptian Theatre where he will be joined by actors, collaborators, and guest moderators.

Brett Carducci and Stephen Laddin acquired the television and film rights to 'The Wish Giver' by Bill Brittain, according to Variety. Carducci and Laddin will produce a series based on the young-adult novel.

Ken Jeong has set his first comedy special, and CRAZY RICH ASIANS director Jon M. Chu is set to direct it, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Now in its sixth year, this ten-day celebration of television convenes the casts and creative teams of today's most acclaimed and popular TV shows for screenings and interactive discussions taking place October 5-18 at The Paley Center for Media in New York City.

Stars of OWN's hit megachurch drama “Greenleaf,” including Merle Dandridge, Keith David, Lamman Rucker, and Deborah Joy Winans visited with members of the military and their families at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport USO facility on Monday, August 27, in advance of the highly anticipated third season premiere on Tuesday, August 28 and Wednesday, August 29 (10-11 p.m. ET/PT).  The “Greenleaf” cast sang to visiting military, served lunch to military members and their families, toured the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta facility, and met with key members of the USO.
