Yannick Nézet-Séguin Extends Met Opera Contract through 2030August 6, 2024The Metropolitan Opera today announced the contract extension of its Jeanette Lerman-Neubauer Music Director, Yannick Nézet-Séguin, through the 2029–30 season. Only the third Music Director in the company’s history, Nézet-Séguin began his tenure in the 2018–19 season.
