Riz Ahmed has been cast in his latest film. According to reports, the Sound of Metal actor will be appearing in the next feature from Wes Anderson. Currently in production in Berlin, this will mark the first time Ahmed will be part of an Anderson project. His previous films include Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Venom, and the 2023 animated Nimona.

Zachary Levi is set to headline the rock-climbing action thriller Free Fall, with Zoë Bell directing. Free Fall tells the story of a father’s attempt to reconcile with his estranged daughter in New Zealand on a rock-climbing trip that turns deadly as an accident leaves them stranded hundreds of feet in the air. As a storm sets in, the two must fight against the elements and terrifying heights in order to survive.

In a new report, it has been announced that actress Carla Gugino is circling a new project from director, partner, and frequent collaborator Sebastian Gutierrez. The upcoming film, titled Night Electricity, is an indie, psychological drama with 'thriller elements' and will be directed by Gutierrez, who also penned the script. Gugino would be one of four female leads in the film, which will be will be produced by David Lancaster.

According to reports, Pamela Anderson, actress and model, has joined the upcoming reboot of the comedy classic The Naked Gun. Anderson will star alongside the previously announced Liam Neeson in the film, which will hit theaters on July 18, 2025. Anderson made her Broadway debut in 2019 as Roxie Hart in Chicago, a role which she played for eight weeks

According to reports, Phillipa Soo will be appearing alongside Joshua Jackson and Don Johnson in an upcoming drama from Ryan Murphy, co-creator of Glee. Other than the title- Dr. Odyssey- few details about the show have been announced, including the plot or Soo's role. Soo is best known for originating the role of Eliza Schuyler Hamilton in Broadway's critically acclaimed show Hamilton.

Nitty Gritty Dirt Band has announced additional tour dates including stops in Des Moines, New York City, Morristown and more, and that the tour will be extending into 2025. Rock band FELICITY is putting their infectious songwriting on full display with their new shimmering pop-rock anthem, 'Lovesick Blues”. It has been announced that Immaculate, starring Sydney Sweeney (Anyone But You, Euphoria), is now available for digital purchase and rental. The film will also be available on Blu-Ray and DVD starting June 11. The home release comes on the heels of Immaculate’s massive success at the US box office where it quickly became an audience favorite.

Max has just released the first full trailer for Season 3 of the highly acclaimed comedy series Hacks. A year after parting, Deborah Vance (Jean Smart) is riding high off the success of her standup special while Ava (Hannah Einbinder) pursues new opportunities back in Los Angeles. Disney+ has announced that Let It Be, director Michael Lindsay-Hogg’s original 1970 film about The Beatles, will launch exclusively on Disney+ May 8, 2024. This is the first time the film is available in over 50 years. First released in May 1970 amidst the swirl of The Beatles’ breakup, Let It Be now takes its rightful place in the band’s history.
