According to a new report, actor Steve Buscemi will be returning to the small screen in an unconfirmed role in the second season of Tim Burton's Netflix series Wednesday. Though exact details are unknown, reports suggest that Buscemi would play the new principal of Nevermore Academy, following the demise of Gwendoline Christie's Larissa Weems at the end of Season 1.

All Things Go Festival 2024 has announced its 10th-anniversary edition, with headliners Laufey, who will be accompanied by The Kennedy Center Orchestra, Hozier, and Reneé Rapp as well as Bleachers, Janelle Monáe, Conan Gray, Chappell Roan and more. They will be performing at the legendary Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD on Saturday, September. 28th, and Sunday, September 29th. Riz Ahmed has been cast in his latest film. According to reports, the Sound of Metal actor will be appearing in the next feature from Wes Anderson. Currently in production in Berlin, this will mark the first time Ahmed will be part of an Anderson project. His previous films include Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Venom, and the 2023 animated Nimona.

Zachary Levi is set to headline the rock-climbing action thriller Free Fall, with Zoë Bell directing. Free Fall tells the story of a father’s attempt to reconcile with his estranged daughter in New Zealand on a rock-climbing trip that turns deadly as an accident leaves them stranded hundreds of feet in the air. As a storm sets in, the two must fight against the elements and terrifying heights in order to survive.

In a new report, it has been announced that actress Carla Gugino is circling a new project from director, partner, and frequent collaborator Sebastian Gutierrez. The upcoming film, titled Night Electricity, is an indie, psychological drama with 'thriller elements' and will be directed by Gutierrez, who also penned the script. Gugino would be one of four female leads in the film, which will be will be produced by David Lancaster.

According to reports, Pamela Anderson, actress and model, has joined the upcoming reboot of the comedy classic The Naked Gun. Anderson will star alongside the previously announced Liam Neeson in the film, which will hit theaters on July 18, 2025. Anderson made her Broadway debut in 2019 as Roxie Hart in Chicago, a role which she played for eight weeks

According to reports, Phillipa Soo will be appearing alongside Joshua Jackson and Don Johnson in an upcoming drama from Ryan Murphy, co-creator of Glee. Other than the title- Dr. Odyssey- few details about the show have been announced, including the plot or Soo's role. Soo is best known for originating the role of Eliza Schuyler Hamilton in Broadway's critically acclaimed show Hamilton.
