Country’s only all-vocal band, Home Free, teams with an all-American legend, offering a masterful new take on the Don McLean classic, “Vincent.” Home Free remake the track in their signature harmony blend, adding a rich sonic texture to match the song’s inspiration. An official music video is also out now and features McLean, as the collaborators pay homage to impressionist painter Vincent van Gogh and world-famous artwork like The Starry Night. Pre-sale tickets will be on sale Thursday, May 2, at 10am CT. Nickelodeon has revealed the official trailer and key art for the all-new original animated series The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish, sharing a glimpse into the reimagined Fairy World and new city of Dimmadelphia. Produced by Nickelodeon Animation, the 20-episode series premieres Monday, May 20 at 4:30 p.m. ET/PT on Nickelodeon in the U.S. and will be available on Netflix internationally later this year. The Hails have announced that they will be headlining Gainesville, Florida’s infamous High Dive’s last hurrah, All Hail High Dive, before closure. Taking place on May 19, with support still to be announced, the indie five-piece is the perfect example of the musical launch pad High Dive has been for the Florida music scene over the last decade plus. Last week, High Dive’s founder and owner Pat Lavery shared on social media that the venue is coming to a sudden end after their landlord informed them they had 30 days to vacate to make way for the new owner who will redevelop the property. 

New York pop savants Charly Bliss want their new album FOREVER, out August 16th on Lucky Number Music, to crush you under the weight of pure feeling. They want to sweep you up in a hurricane of heartbreak. The album’s powerful lead single “Nineteen,” has been released alongside a video directed by Henry Kaplan, does just that. ATO Records’ Chicago-based quintet Brigitte Calls Me Baby have released the official video for their single “Eddie My Love.” The video is directed by Alec Basse and Max Moore. “‘Eddie My Love” paved the way for all the songs that would come after it,” says the band’s vocalist and songwriter Wes Leavins, who first penned the track as a ballad. “It felt so vulnerable from the jump, and made me realize that there’s no point in being anything but vulnerable in what we do.” Watch the video here!

A new trailer for the Jennifer Connelly-led black comedy has just been released. The film centers on Lucy (Connelly), a former child actress, who seeks healing from the traumas of her life. She embarks on a spiritual retreat, only for it to become anything but healing: she’s easily annoyed by the other attendees and wants attention from the retreat’s new-age guru Elon Bello.
