Making his 54 Below debut, Joshua Henry (Porgy and Bess, The Scottboro Boys, American Idiot, In the Heights) will perform Broadway standards and his original songs under the music direction of Jason Michael Webb (Motown The Musical). Accompanied by Mariand Torres (The Comet of 1812) and a four piece band, Henry will present classic Broadway love songs and motown hits, as well as his own never before heard original music - all spun with a soulful twist.

Howard Coggins looks like Henry VIII, there's no escaping that; Stu McLoughlin doesn't really look like any of the wives, but he's going to give it a go. The production was an undisputed hit at the Bristol Old Vic, and with live original music, silly songs and historical hysteria, this promises to be an ill-researched lesson in cross-dressing Tudor history that you'll never forget.

Shining East Productions presents The Sun Shines East, based on a true story written by Corinne Chateau* about an adoptive mother's struggle to break through deep personal barriers and international politics to bring home her daughter. Pat Golden directs a cast of 5 including Karen Christie-Ward*, Tara Gadomski*, Mary Francina Golden*, Bristol Pomeroy, and Amy Staats*. Fourteen performances will be held at the Marjorie S. Deane Little Theatre, 10 West 64th Street, in New York City from January 31-February 16, 2014. *Member, Actors' Equity Association. AEA Approved Showcase.

On January 29 & 30, the creators of the international musical sensations LES MISERABLES and Miss Saigon will present a special concert celebrating their work at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre in Manila to raise funds to offer humanitarian relief and assist the rebuilding efforts after parts of the Philippines were left devastated in the wake of Typhoon Yolanda (Haiyan).
