D. RATELL (Mary Sunshine) is more than thrilled to kick off his professional career with the National Tour of Chicago. D. is a recent graduate of Kent State University where he obtained his BFA in Musical Theatre. GO KSU MT ’14! D. is no stranger to Chicago as he has had the privilege to play Mary Sunshine in Porthouse Theatre’s 2011 production of Chicago, his first job ever! Other credits include Oliver!, Starmites, My Fair Lady (Porthouse Theatre), Legally Blonde, Plain and Fancy and [Title of Show] (Kent State University). There is nothing more important in my life than my family. They have been my support for the last twenty-five years. Not only do they allow me to be who it is I am meant to be but they make sure I am able to do so comfortably and without resistance. They are truly the best support system a person could ask for. I am spoiled to have them in my court when I need them and, to be honest, I sometimes feel that I don't show them the appreciation they deserve. How do you show the perfect family how much they mean to you?

This is my first time visiting Japan and I would like to say how impressed I am! Tokyo is the cleanest, friendliest and most efficient city I've had the privilege of visiting!
