Viagara Falls, a new comedy by Lou Cutell and Joao Machado, opened this week at the Little Shubert Theatre. The cast of Broadway's ROCK OF AGES performed in JCPenney in order to kick off the summer's Broadway in Bryant Park Series. The performance took place on June 25 at the JCPenney store at 33rd Street and 6th Avenue and kicked off the official announcement of The Broadway in Bryant Park season.

'An Evening with Julie Andrews' saw a night of music from her greatest stage and screen performances, as well as the live narration of the story Simeon's Gift, the best-selling childrens book written by Julie and her daughter, Emma Walton Hamilton (now available). Macy's presented the 'Sing For Your Tony Tickets' Finals on June 11, 2010 in Herald Square. Over the past few weeks, contestants have been submitting videos of themselves singing selected Broadway songs. Television star Ray Romano headlined the 'Ray of Hope' benefit concert, which benefited the Sass Foundation and their work towards the treatment and cure of ovarian cancer. In celebration of Paper Mill's 72nd season, the Millburn theater held a special celebration event featuring Stephen Schwartz, Liz Callaway and a special performance by Michael Rose, singing songs from Broadway and the movies. The evening also featured a special award and tribute to the life and legacy of Lynn Redgrave.
