Live Nation Entertainment (LYV: NYSE), the leading live entertainment and eCommerce company, today announced key appointments to the New York office and the North American Touring team. Veteran entertainment executive and concert promoter Alan Ostfield will fill the newly created position of President, North Atlantic for Live Nation encompassing the New York and Philadelphia regions. Jason Miller is named President of New York for Live Nation. He replaces Kevin Morrow who will return to his hometown of Los Angeles to join the North American Touring office as Senior Vice President. Ron Delsener will continue in his role as Chairman of the New York market. Geoffrey Gordon remains President of Philadelphia, taking on an expanded role as tour producer. New York: The critically-acclaimed family musical, now in an open-ended run, will offer special holiday performances featuring an interactive sing-a-long after each performance of the Bear Country favorite, "Jingle Bears!" Now performing at the Marjorie S. Dean Little Theatre (10 West 64th Street), the Special Holiday schedule will include the usual post-show activities including dancing, face-painting, and photos with the Bears will still take place alongside the holiday sing-along.

Salt Lake City, UT - The Grand Theatre Community Institute in association with Intermountain Health Care and Corporate Staging Resources will hold auditions for an in school touring musical program LiVe! offered to schools throughout Utah in Spring of 2012. At a press conference on Tuesday, November 15, Florida Studio Theatre announced a multi-year capital improvement campaign to renovate the 6,000 sq. foot Gompertz Theatre and construct an 18,000 sq. foot addition with two new theatre spaces. The $5.6 million dollar campaign is the largest capital program in the 37-year old theatre's history and will double the number of renovated stages on the theatre's campus located in Sarasota's historic downtown.
