Peter Pan, who has returned home for the first time in over 100 years with a new production of JM Barrie's 'PETER PAN' being performed in a one million pound purpose-built theatre tent in Kensington Gardens, is so successful that already its run has been extended to the end of the Kensington Gardens season. Variety reports that the stage adaptation of 'The Shawshank Redemption' that played at Dublin's Gaiety Theatre will get a West End run in the fall. Based on the Stephen King novella that also inspired the 1994 movie version of 'Shawshank', the plot centers on the friendship two men develop over their time as inmates in a notoriously tough prison.
