'America's Got Talent,' NBC's hit summer series from 'American Idol' producers FremantleMedia North America and Simon Cowell's SYCO Television, returns this summer with the hottest performers from across the country ready to compete in the blockbuster reality show's fourth season. SpongeBob SquarePants was celebrating his 10th Anniversary in Times Square yesterday, Wednesday July 15th and as part of the celebration, he came by the Imperial Theatre to meet the 'kids' of BILLY ELLIOT. Trent Kowalik and Tommy Batchelor met SpongeBob along with many of the talented kids in the cast (along with some adult SpongeBob fans too!).

Variety reports that Emmy winning director Glenn Weiss has been chosen to helm the 61st Primetime Emmy Awards. This will be Weiss' debut guiding the TV awards show.

THE ORPHANS' HOME CYCLE, the world premiere of a three part theatrical event by the late Academy Award and Pulitzer Prize winning playwright Horton Foote, will feature a company of 22 actors under the direction of Michael Wilson.
