MCC THEATER (Robert LuPone, Bernard Telsey, Artistic Directors; William Cantler, Associate Artistic Director; Blake West, Executive Director) today announced that Kathleen Turner has been confirmed to star in their production of Charles Busch's The Third Story, directed by Carl Andress. Ms. Turner will appear opposite Mr. Busch, who was previously announced to play the other leading female role.

Elaine Stritch won Emmy Award as an Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Colleen Donaghy in the NBC sitcom '30 Rock.' She returns to the role on 12/11 for the show's special Christmas episode.

ROAD SHOW is a new musical featuring music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, book by John Weidman, and direction and scenic design by John Doyle. The cast of 17 will feature Michael Cerveris and Alexander Gemignani as the two Mizner brothers. Oscar-winning director Ron Howard brings to the screen writer Peter Morgan's (The Queen, The Last King of Scotland) electrifying battle between Richard Nixon, the disgraced president with a legacy to save, and David Frost, a jet-setting television personality with a name to make, in the untold story of the historic encounter that changed both: Frost/Nixon. Reprising their roles from Morgan's stageplay are Frank Langella, who won a Tony for his portrayal of Nixon, and Michael Sheen, who fully inhabited the part of Frost onstage in London and New York. The film opens in selected cities 12/5 and 12/12 with a nationwide release on Christmas Day.
