CBS's entire Monday lineup posted gains from last week, led by THE BIG BANG THEORY, the night's top program in adults 18-49, adults 18-34 and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 10.
FOX continued its winning streak and remained the only broadcast network to post year-over-year gains this season (+3%). Four nightly wins, led by dominant performances by AMERICAN IDOL and GLEE, kept FOX at No. 1 for the season, out-pacing the next highest rated competitor by +16%.
ABC was most-watched TV network for the 2nd straight Monday of the May Sweep (16.5 million), ranking #1 on the evening for the 8th consecutive week. The Net earned a strong second during prime in Adults 18-49 to CBS (tied in audience share - 3.6/10 vs. 3.8/10), beating Fox by 16% and NBC by 125%. ABC was up week to week in viewers and young adults, while building its overall audience from the year-ago Monday for the 7th time in 8 weeks.

Spike TV has promoted Sharon Levy to executive vice president, original series and animation, it was announced by Kevin Kay, president of the network, to whom she reports. Based in Spike's Los Angeles offices, Levy was formerly senior vice president of original series.
