Corrib Theatre has announced its first production of the classic play WAITING FOR GODOT by Samuel Beckett, running November 29-Dec 15, 2024. The cast includes Roo Welsh as Vladimir, Karl Hanover as Estragon, Jonathan Cullen as Pozzo, Doren Elias as Lucky, and Max O'Hare as The Boy.

Krissy Keefer's Dance Brigade will kicks off its 50th Anniversary Season with a seven-city West Coast Tour January 9-19 of A Woman's Song for Peace, a new dance theater work featuring original live music and performances by iconic musician and activist Holly Near, seminal queer feminist singer-songwriter Ferron, and groundbreaking Afro-Caribbean jazz artist Christelle Durandy, intertwined with Dance Brigade's fierce, nuanced choreography.

ACT Contemporary Theatre has announced the cast and creative team for the 49th year of the beloved theatrical classic, A Christmas Carol. Originally adapted for the stage in 1976 by ACT founder Gregory Falls, this season's production will see the return of Seattle actor Darragh Kennan in the iconic role of Ebenezer Scrooge.

The Latinx Theatre Commons (LTC) has awarded the 2024 Diane Rodriguez Teatrista Award to Miranda Gonzalez. “The Diane” is the LTC's award dedicated to an individual working in the theatre field who is committed to increasing Latinx representation across disciplines.

For a second year in a row, Whidbey Island Center for the Arts (WICA) has been honored by Theatre Puget Sound as the Gregory Awards People's Choice Organization of the Year for North Puget Sound. In addition to this award, WICA is the first theatre outside of Seattle to be nominated and win in lighting design for David Mackie's work in the December 2023 production of Falstaff in Love.
