Wolfe & More to Bring New Performance Spaces to Proposed NYC Offshore Park?November 17, 2014According to the New York Times, the proposal for the $170 million park, which would be built on a multilevel platform 186 feet off the shoreline of the Hudson River, includes 'a series of wooded nooks and three performance venues, including an amphitheater.' The park, which would be called Pier 55, would replace Pier 54, a flat 875-foot structure that has been gradually sinking into the river.

In keeping with Dr. Damian's passion for art from the Americas, the event also served as the launch of the Frost's new endowment for Latin American and Caribbean art, announced by museum benefactor Tony Ulloa, who established the new endowment with his lead contribution.
