With his anticipated new album Concrete and Glass due for release on the 24th January, via Because Music, Nicolas Godin has shared two excellent remixes of recent single “The Border”. The first is by Pierre Rousseau of Paradis, the producer of Concrete and Glass, who delivers a delicious, bass-driven interpretation of the track. The second is by Mick Starwood a regular collaborator with Jam City, who turns in a beautifully spacey and atmospheric reimagining of the track.

With December coming to a close and Christmas movies leaving the forefront, you may find yourself searching for something to watch during the holiday season. While you may want to gravitate toward something more festive or celebratory for the end of the year, there are plenty of movies about family and the relationships in your life. “First Love” is a film that explores the balance between doing what's best for yourself and doing what's best for the ones you love, something to keep in mind going into the new year.

On February 21, 2020, Brainiac: Transmissions After Zero, the feature-length documentary about the seminal 90's band Brainiac, will be released on DVD, I-Tunes, Amazon, Vimeo and others after its year long run on the international festival circuit. The film was directed by Dayton native and Brooklyn based filmmaker Eric Mahoney (Madly, North Dixie Drive), edited by musician Ian Jacobs (Monograms) and made its world premiere at the 2019 SXSW Film Festival. The DVD will include over 40 min. of bonus material featuring rare live performances, unseen interviews, deleted scenes and more. MVD Entertainment Group will be distributing the film in all territories.

Tulum Season 2020 will unfold early next year at Riviera Maya with 5 parties, inviting over 20 international and national artists, taking place from December 29 to January 8th.

Atlantic Records and Cactus Jack recording artist DON TOLIVER, has returned with the release of his new single “Can't Feel My Legs” available now at all DSPs and streaming services. “Can't Feel My Legs” is accompanied by an official companion visual, directed by Kenneth Cappello. 

Los Angeles-based acoustic guitarist, singer and songwriter IAN GOTHE has released 'Blood On the Rooftops In Montrose,' the second track and video from his debut album MEMENTO. Due February 7, 2020 via the California-based Blackbird Record Label, the album was co-produced by IAN with Grammy-winning producer and engineer Jim Scott (Wilco, Tom Petty).

Wilderland Wildlife Film Festival is returning to theatres around the UK and Ireland in Spring 2020 after a hugely successful debut tour in 2019. Starting in Bristol on 1st March 2020 the tour will take in an initial 17 dates, including a London date at the RGS, before concluding in Northallerton on 3rd May 2020. Indie-shoegaze quintet out of Los Angeles Draag just announced their Clara Luz EP, sharing first dreamy single & video for 'Ghost Leak' with Buzzbands LA. Jessica Huang from the band describes the track: “'Ghost Leak' is the feeling of being completely invisible and inconsequential. It is also a message to someone we lost — to let them know they weren't invisible.” Co-produced by Jon Nuñez of Torche, Clara Luz will be released on February 21, following 2018's Nontoxic Process EP praised by the likes of Noisey for its 'murky grunge-gaze compositions and gut-twisting songwriting.'
