GREAT COMENT, ANASTASIA, CATCH ME IF YOU CAN, FUN HOME & More Announced For 2022/23 Season at Landestheater Linz

The upcoming 2022/23 Season at the Landestheater Linz marks the 10 Anniversary of Linz's very own Musical Ensemble. With a successful story, numerous Opening Nights, Multi Awarded shows, and performers, Linz became an international Address in the Musical circus. Expectations are always high and even higher after productions like the recent TITANIC or many others. The 2022/23 Season presentation proves undoubtful that there will be no exception in the Anniversary season.

ANASTASIA ( from Terrence McNally and Stephen Flaherty) will be the first Grand Opening in early September, followed by CATCH ME IF YOU CAN ( from Terrence McNally and Marc Shaiman) in December.

February will be the one with an unexpected show to open in Linz. NATASCHA, PIERRE & THE GREAT COMET FROM 1812 ( from Dave Malloy) has its European Premiere in Linz. Based on Leo Tolstoy's novelle, WAR AND PEACE, nominated for several Tony Awards, this unconventional show also marked Josh Groban's Broadway Debut.

FUN HOME ( from Jeanine Tesori and Lisa Kron, based on Alison Bechdel's Graphic Novel) will be the last show to open in April, followed by a colossal Anniversary Concert celebrating ten years of success in Linz. Another season to look forward to, so many great shows to come, so many great moments to enjoy. Let's celebrate ten years of exceptional musical productions at the Landestheater Linz.
