All the world may be a stage but actor Joe Bleakley is a star barely perceptible to the naked eye. Recently arrived in the Foggadieu Retirement Village, Joe decides that he will stage a performance for the other residents and puts together a selection of his favourite speeches from some of the great roles he never got to play. As Joe prepares for his performance we learn about the man, his joys and triumphs as well as his disappointments with life and his troubled relationship with his daughter.
