The Glenn Miller Orchestra at Arts Centre Melbourne Hamer Hall

Playing Hamer Hall on Saturday 31st May for a matinee performance at 2.30PM and an evening performance at 7.30PM. This will be a new show - bigger and brighter than ever! A concert spectacular featuring 38 musicians, singers and dancers on stage.

An added attraction will be a feature of music from the library of The Glenn Miller Army Air Force Band, performed by the Orchestra, complemented by the Carnegie String Ensemble. And, there will be all your favourite Glenn Miller classics ... Moonlight Serenade, In The Mood, Tuxedo Junction, Chattanooga Choo Choo and many more ... Our special guest stars will entertain you once again ... The Moonlight Serenade Singers and fabulous dancing from The Broadway Swing Dancers.

The Glenn Miller Orchestra, featuring America's finest musicians, will bring back all those sentimental memories of the 1940's - the great ‘Big Band' hits, the original Glenn Miller arrangements, the music of The Andrews Sisters, Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra and the romantic World War II melodies made famous by Vera Lynn and Dina Shore.
