Betty Grumble, the performance artist portrayed by Emma Maye Gibson, returns to the Canberra Theatre Centre with ENEMIES OF GROOVINESS EAT SH!T. This unique show blends dance, music, poetry, clowning, drag, aerobics, and cabaret into a transformative experience challenging the cultural norms of violence and ecocide. Through an unapologetic exploration of pleasure and joy, Gibson invites audiences to embrace their authentic selves in a dynamic performance filled with humor and depth. The show runs from September 4 to September 7.
