Strippers speak, musicians muse and drag queens dare to share. Seen & Heard will feature some of Melbourne's finest variety artists doing what they do best, as well as sharing true tales of their lives behind the limelight.

Following a successful first season at last year's Melbourne Fringe Festival, Seen & Heard presents a new line-up of beloved local artists, including singer/songwriter Mojo Juju, cabaret queen Tina del Twist, vaudeville comedian Clara Cupcakes, drag star Karen From Finance, striptease artiste Frankie Valentine, and chanteuse Jessamae St James, hosted by acclaimedshowgirl and storyteller Becky Lou.

Seen & Heard is hosted, curated and directed by Becky Lou, whose debut solo show Shake was critically acclaimed for its Fringe Festival seasons in Adelaide, Perth and Montreal. A former resident at Fitzroy's much-loved Burlesque Bar until its closure in 2013, she became one of the most in demand performers at the height of Australia's burlesque revival. In addition to being the winner of the Miss Burlesque Victoria title, she was included in UK's 21st Century Burlesque Magazine's list of Top 10 Australian Burlesque Personalities.

Seen & Heard opens on Tuesday 23rd August. Bookings recommended.
