Impro Melbourne will present "the world's most popular competitive impro show," Theatresports!

Performing every Sunday from 12th May to 7th July, at The Space, Prahran, Theatresports sees two teams competing in improvised challenges, using audience suggestions as the inspiration for stories, characters and songs. No two shows are the same.

This year we welcome our fellow impro players from Melbourne's top improvisation groups, like The Big HOO-HAA! Melbourne and The Impro Box. Together, we'll bring you a comedy show the likes of which Melbourne has never seen.

Directed by veteran Australian actor and improviser, Lliam Amor, this season wil be full of side-splitting laughs, cheek-burning gags and birth-inducing belly laughs!

Impro Melbourne regulars include Australia's hottest comedy talent: Jason Geary (National TheatresportsTM Champion 2010), Lliam Amor (National TheatresportsTM Champion 2009), Rik Brown (National TheatresportsTM Champion 2011), Anna Renzenbrink (National TheatresportsTM Champion 2011), Jimmy James Eaton (National Improvisor Best and Fairest 2009) and Amanda Buckley (Sydney TheatresportsTM Cranston Cup Champion 2010).
