Impro Melbourne present two fresh formats for the July season of The Impro Cave - Antiques Rogue Show and Super Scene! Come in from the cold and let stories of mystery and intrigue warm your soul/soles. Thrill at the secret history of common household objects you never knew existed. Laugh at the tales of history of common household objects you never knew existed. Listen to stories of common household objects you never knew existed. Then become part of the storytelling as you vote for stories to become the Super Scene. Two formats, all in one show!

Audience members are invited to bring a family antique or treasured heirloom and watch as the Antiques Rogue Show performers bring to life the history and mystery of the object. Did you know teapots were actually used as makeshift hand grenades in WWI? Or that the first printed book was actually an ancient version of Where's Wally? All this and more awaits you in every performance of Antiques Rogue Show.

Hot on the heals of the Impro Melbourne Rookie season of Super Scene comes the July season of the mainstage production. Watch as directors vie for their chance to tell the ultimate tale, the Super Scene! You, the audience, have the power to eliminate stories or vote your favourite story through to the end.

Impro Melbourne regulars include some of Australia's fastest and most furious talent: Jason Geary (National TheatresportsTM Champion 2010), Patti Stiles (International ‘Queen of Impro' and National TheatresportsTM Champion 2010), Rama Nicholas (National TheatresportsTM Champion 2009), Jimmy James Eaton (National Improvisor Best and Fairest 2009), Michelle Nussey (National TheatresportsTM Champion 2010), Sarah Kinsella (Victorian TheatresportsTM Champion 2010), Mark Gambino (Victorian TheatresportsTM Champion 2010) and Amanda Buckley (Sydney TheatresportsTM Cranston Cup Champion 2010).
