Three legends of American music, who each contributed to a different aspect of the American Songbook. Judy Garland was the queen of Broadway and film; Patsy Cline was the most successful country music star of her time and Billie Holliday was the lady who sang the blues.
Join Bernadette Robinson, direct from her triumphant performances in Songs for Nobodies, as she brings to life the songs of these incandescent somebodies. Featuring Judy's iconic version of Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Patsy's take on Willie Nelson's Crazy and Billie's signature song Lady Sings The Blues.
This event is part of Melbourne Recital Centre American Songbook series.
