Beginning this summer, TexARTS, a nonprofit professional theatre will bring you to your feet with four spectacular productions at the Kam and James Morris Theatre in Lakeway.

"For our seventh season, we wanted to give Central Texas a taste of the best shows out there," Jarret Mallon, executive director TexARTS, said. "We're proud to be the first regional theatre in Austin to stage RING OF FIRE: THE JOHNNY CASH MUSICAL SHOW. We want people to see this new musical that celebrates the iconic songbook of an American legend."

In July, TexARTS will present what many consider to be the perfect Broadway musical - GUYS AND DOLLS. The irresistible STEEL MAGNOLIAS follows in October. The series wraps up with suspense and mystery in Agatha Christie's AND THEN THERE WERE NONE.

"This season, we want Austin to laugh, cry, stomp their feet and have a great evening of theatre inside our intimate playing space," said Mallon.

"We've set up affordable season subscriptions and ticket prices so that our patrons will have access to the new interpretations of these classic shows," said Mallon. "The collaboration between our guest directors and Austin's finest actors is sure to be spectacular."
