ZACH Theatre in partnership with Teatro Vivo, Glass Half Full, and the Kindness Campaign will start the 2018 Moody Theatre for Families Series with the world premiere bilingual production for youth audiences, Las Aventuras de Enoughie (The Adventures of Enoughie) as part of ZACH's 85th Anniversary season. Written by Caroline Reck and based on the character Enoughie created by the Kindness Campaign, this bilingual production, Las Aventuras de Enoughie (The Adventures of Enoughie) plays at the Mexican American Cultural Center January 19, 2018 - February 25, 2018 under the direction of Caroline Reck.
Enoughie is different from the other kids at school. He looks different than the other kids, with his furry, blue face and puffy antennae, so he doesn't always feel like he fits in with everyone else. One day, Enoughie takes an incredible journey to figure out who he is and how he belongs. Along the way, he learns the power of kindness and how to embrace the differences in all of us. This bilingual puppet production will be presented in collaboration with ZACH Theatre, Teatro Vivo, Glass Half Full Theatre, and The Kindness Campaign.
The cast of the production includes ADAM MARTINEZ as Enoughie, MARINA DEYOE-PEDRAZA as Esme, and MARIO RAMIREZ as Hector.
Tickets for Las Aventuras de Enoughie (The Adventures of Enoughie) are $14 (Youth) and $16 (Adult) and are available online at zachtheatre.org, by phone at 512-476-0541, or in person at the ZACH Theatre Box Office, in the Topfer Theatre, 202 South Lamar Boulevard.
