Atlanta Chinese Dance Company presents an original production "Together: Yingge and Hip Hop Unite" on Saturday, October 2 at 7:30pm and Sunday, October 3 at 2:00pm at Gas South Theater (formerly Infinite Energy Theater) in Duluth, GA. Featuring an original cross-cultural collaboration between choreographers Kerry Lee (Chinese dance) and AJ Paug (hip hop), "Together" imagines a clash between ancient Chinese and modern-day American social justice heroes. Their journey of finding common ground celebrates the potential of what we can accomplish when we come together to defeat universal threats to humankind. Performances also feature a collection of folk and classical Chinese dances representing China's long history and diverse cultures. Tickets are $25 for Adults and $18 for Students & Seniors (65+). Masks are required.
