All the makings of a holiday disaster are on the horizon when Andy brings his sweet Catholic mother, sour Catholic father and severely retarded younger brother Mickey home to meet his Jewish atheist fiance on Christmas Eve. The family is well on its way to a major blowup until Mickey, whose entire vocabulary is "oh boy" and "wow," suddenly says "Greetings!" Not your "typical" holiday play, Greetings! is a play for all seasons and has been referred to as "A comic jewel...stunning and touching...a joyful holiday lift" - The New York Newsday. Others have referred to Greetings! as a miraculous comedy that has become a welcome alternative to A Christmas Carol.
