The concert featuring pianist Simone Dinnerstein and cellist Matt Haimovitz that was canceled due to the threatened winter storm has been rescheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2019, at the Sandy Springs Performing Arts Center.

As the world approaches the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth (2020), two extraordinary artists pair this giant with one of contemporary music's most influential composers - Philip Glass. Pianist Simone Dinnerstein and cellist Matt Haimovitz collaborate on a dynamic program that includes a Beethoven Cello Sonata alongside a Glass Partita, and solo piano and cello repertoire by both composers.

The concert will be held in the Studio Theatre at City Springs, located at 1 Galambos Way, Sandy Springs, Ga. 30328.

Guests who purchased tickets to the Jan. 29, 2019 concert can exchange their tickets by contacting the box office at 770.206.2022. Refunds will be provided to current ticket holders unable to attend the May performance.
