RUMC Presents The Atlanta Wind Symphony in Concert This Sunday

The Sounds of the Spirit Concert Series presents The Atlanta Wind Symphony with special guests Tom Alderman, RUMC Organist and John LaForge, Bass-Baritone Soloist this Sunday, March 18 at 3 PM in the Sanctuary of Roswell United Methodist Church.

The Atlanta Wind Symphony program includes four exciting transcriptions for concert band, organ and vocalist.
 
The afternoon will include Grande Symphonie Funèbre et Triomphale by Berlioz, The Power of Rome and the Christian Heart by Grainger, the "Finale" from Organ Symphony No. 3 by Saint-Saëns and A Cornfield in July and The River by William Penn featuring bass-baritone soloist, John LaForge. RUMC Organist Tom Alderman will fire up the mighty Möller organ with these powerful works that will touch your soul.
