Bang! Arts Promotions and PushPush theatre present El Fatasma! on November 20. This will be a paranormal circus event celebrating that backbone of Atlanta workshop theater PushPush who for nearly 15 years have been connecting artists, cultivating contemporary theater, creating a place for Atlanta in the international arts scene, and providing audiences with a one way ticket to new heights of theatrical experience.

This one night only event will feature the musical stylings of Ghosts Project along with the high flying improvisational hi-jinx of Flight of Swallows. Spend an evening being tempted by the lucious cupcake treats of The Sugar Dolls as you are astounded by the talents of the renowned Imperial Opa Circus. Special guest appearance by Madame de la Mita, maven of the tarot cards. All to benefit PushPush as they launch their latest projects, including Slow Down Atlanta, a live episodic adventure into the lives of five thirty-somethings who decide to take donated paranormal equipment in order to start an investigative company for beer money.

This event will be the kick off for several new projects. Two of PushPush's international shows were invited for second runs overseas, Faust Module and Worth, and this year they will bring both shows back home to Atlanta! PushPush has also been commissioned to collaborate on (co-create/produce) several additional global projects that would have American premieres in 2011-2012. This will include projects in and around the 100th Anniversary of Tennessee Williams.

PushPush is committed to bringing distinctive collaborations to Atlanta artists and audiences, making connections and opportunities for over 300 film and theater artists a year. These new projects are fruits of their 15-year labor to connect with new ideas globally in order to create new opportunities here at home. As projects within their flagship program, the Portal Project, these events not only inspire our Atlanta audiences, they empower our community of creators, opening doors for performance festivals, artistic networks, and scores of new resources for hundreds of artists. These upcoming events are also a critical part of PushPush's new vision: to be a globally-connected hub for developing innovators in performance and new media. Resourcefulness has built their program. The impact of presenting these projects in Atlanta will be tremendous, and we ask the community to partner with us to create them.

Tickets are $5-$25 and can be purchased at www.pushpushtheater.com or by calling 404-377-6332.
