Georgia Ensemble Theatre (GET), North Fulton's only professional theatre company, is partnering once again with The Chattahoochee Nature Center (CNC) to bring great music to summer nights in Roswell. After two wildly popular summer productions of Almost Heaven, John Denver's America, GET will now bring Ring of Fire, The Music of Johnny Cash to the outdoor stage at the CNC. Performances will run Thursdays through Saturdays from July 13-29, 2017 at the Chattahoochee Nature Center's Ben Brady Pavilion, 9135 Willeo Rd., Roswell, GA 30075. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Fresh on the heels of GET's biggest Broadway musical hit ever, Million Dollar Quartet, the supremely talented Chris Damiano (Johnny Cash in Million Dollar Quartet) and Christopher Kent (Carl Perkins in Million Dollar Quartet) will hit the stage with three other extraordinarily talented actor/musicians, Scott Depoy (Almost Heaven John Denver's America), Mark Schroeder (Pump Boys & Dinettes) and Laura Lindahl (GET debut) to rock a concert-version of Ring of Fire, The Music of Johnny Cash.

From vintage country to rockabilly, from rock-n-roll to searing ballads of love and deep faith, Ring of Fire tells the story of the Man in Black through his music. Over two dozen classic Cash hits including "I Walk the Line," "A Boy Named Sue," "Folsom Prison Blues," and of course "Ring of Fire" will all be performed by the cast. The production is directed by GET Artistic Director Robert J. Farley, with musical direction by Chris Damiano as GET continues its special partnership with The Chattahoochee Nature Center for a third consecutive summer.

The Cast: Ring of Fire, The Music of Johnny Cash features the ensemble of Chris Damiano (Million Dollar Quartet, Almost Heaven John Denver's America), Scott DePoy (Almost Heaven John Denver's America), Christopher Kent (Million Dollar Quartet), Mark Schroeder (Pump Boys & Dinettes) and Laura Lindahl making her GET debut.

Tickets are $15 per person for general admission lawn seating, and $30 for reserved table seating under the Pavilion. Seating is limited, so advance reservations are strongly encouraged. No group discounts available for this venue. Tickets are on sale now at www.get.org or by calling the Theatre at 770-641-1260.
