The ALLIANCE THEATRE celebrates the opening of August: Osage County with a special inaugural event on Sunday, April 3 at 6:00 p.m. August: Osage County REVEALED invites audiences behind the curtain for a free panel discussion. Meet the veteran talent behind the acclaimed production rounding out the ALLIANCE THEATRE's 2010-2011 season beginning April 13. A Pulitzer and Tony Award winning dark comedy, August: Osage County examines the past and present lives of one issue-ridden family and transforms one family gathering into an apocalyptic evening of can't-turn-away blood sport.

WHO Hear from ALLIANCE THEATRE's Jennings Hertz, Jr. Artistic Director Susan V. Booth, local production designers, and the brilliant cast of Atlanta's favorite actors.

August: Osage County REVEALED panel event is free to the public with a limit of two tickets per reservation. To reserve please call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404.733.5000. Mention PANEL and receive a $10 ticket to the 7:30 Hertz Stage performance of Spoon Lake Blues following the panel. The ALLIANCE THEATRE is located at the Woodruff Arts Center, corner of Peachtree and 15th Street, in Midtown Atlanta.

August Osage County will be performed on the Alliance Stage with previews beginning on Wednesday, April13 and opening night Wednesday, April 20. Performances continue through Sunday, May 8. Tuesday through Saturday evening performances at 8:00 p.m. Weekend matinees are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:30 p.m. Sunday evening performances are at 7:30 p.m.
