NCTC Announces Auditions for MISERY 8/24, 8/25

"Misery," by Stephen King, adapted for the stage by Simon Moore, will be performed at the Newnan Community Theatre Company this fall.

Auditions for the show are August 24 and 25 at the theatre. There are two roles in this play - one adult male and one adult female. Auditions will begin at 7 pm. Actors may attend either evening to try out for a role.

"Misery" is being directed by Rick Olsen and the assistant director is Susan Patterson. The show is part of the theatre's 2009 season. The show dates are October 31, November 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, and 15. Show time is 8:00 pm on Friday and Saturday evenings and 2:30 on Sundays. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and students, and $10 for children. "Misery" is not recommended for those under 13. NCTC is located at 24 1st Avenue in downtown Newnan.
