Horizon Theatre Company is spreading the holiday cheer for its third year with the return of the acclaimed Family Series production of Madeline's Christmas. 24 young girls including 2 sets of sisters and 10 Alumni girls - alongside professional actors - make up two irresistibly cute casts of Madeline and her friends in the delightful musical adaptation of Ludwig Bemelmans' Madeline's Christmas. Madeline's Christmas is certainly a growing Horizon Family Holiday Tradition. Returning for the third year this sell out hit will be sure to enchant audiences once more at Horizon Theatre December 11, 2010 - January 2, 2011. Tickets are $12 for children and $15 for adults and are on sale now by calling the Box Office at 404.584.7450 or visiting us at www.horizontheatre.com. Horizon Theatre Company is located in Little Five Points at the corner of Euclid and Austin Avenues (1083 Austin Avenue).

"In an old house in Paris that was covered with vines lived twelve little girls in two straight lines," begins the story of Madeline. This holiday season will be unlike any other for Madeline and her friends. While on their morning walk with Miss Clavel, the girls come down with the flu, and as they take to their bed, many wonder if they will be able to go home for Christmas. With the arrival of a mysterious stranger, Madeline and the other girls get a holiday adventure beyond their wildest dreams. A musical play adapted from Ludwig Bemelmans' delightful book. A holiday treat for the whole family!

Miss Clavel will be played by Courtney Foster-Donahue returning to Madeline's Christmas from last year's position as Assistant Choreographer. Naomi Lavette returns to the Horizon to play Mrs. Murphy and the roles of Harsha and Monsieur Brun will be shared by Luis Hernandez and Winslow Thomas, returning for his third year.

The cast also features aspiring young actresses from all over the Metro-Atlanta area including DeKalb, Fulton, Cobb, Gwinett, Fayette and Coweta Counties!
