Fabrefaction Theatre Conservatory has announced a modern rendition of the timeless musical, Peter Pan, a favorite among the young and young at heart.
Peter Pan, starring an ensemble of Atlanta's premier professional actors and FTC's theatre students, performs tonight, April 23-May 10, 2015 at the Fabrefaction Theatre Conservatory (999 Brady Avenue, Atlanta).
Peter Pan will be Fabrefaction's largest, most magical production yet! The student cast, featuring 48 actors in elementary-high school, represents Atlanta's most dedicated emerging artists. The student cast is undergoing an immersive 14-week training process to prepare to be part of FTC's professional season. They are joined by Atlanta's top professional actors, including 2013 Suzi Bass winner Craig Waldrip as Captain Hook and AEA member and Broadway veteran Pamela Gold Alexander as Mrs. Darling.
"FTC's Peter Pan puts a unique and strikingly honest spin on this treasured classic about growing up, the boy who wouldn't, and the girl who did," says director Christina Hoff.
Peter Pan is directed by Christina Hoff with Associate Director Emily Dixon, and features music direction by Allison Lingenfelter. Choreography by Katie Nesbitt. Fight Choreography by Lito Tamez. Flight Choreography by Samantha McDonald. Special Effects by Stephanie Sexton.
