Dad's Garage Debuts DEMOCRACY ACHIEVED This Fall

Do you have a sneaking suspicion that our political system has become one giant piece of absurd theatre? Do you watch politicians on the evening news and not know whether to laugh, cry, or start applying to jobs in Canada? Our political system has become a giant circus of money and power, but at least it makes for good comedy! "Democracy Achieved: This Ode to the Perfection of American Politics" is our sketch comedy show all about the USA's not-so-perfect political system. While the current political climate may frustrate you, for us it is a magical comedy well that never runs dry. From a Joe Biden Dos Equis commercial, to Atlanta Street Car sketches that last about as long as their route, nothing is safe.

Don't worry, because we're keeping our zingers bipartisan, and we think all political parties deserved to be lampooned! This show isn't just about Hilary and Trump (Although they'll both make appearances) but about the flaws in the system itself. From corporate money in politics, to Congressional gridlock worse than I-285 on Friday-"Democracy Achieved" revels in how messed up our political system actually is. The problem also transcends our political system too, as our media has turned the national election conversation into a dumbed-down sensational version of itself. We don't hold back in this show, and we want to make you laugh at the absurdity of how we run this country.

So if you want to see Donald Trump's hair sing a ballad longing for freedom, or if you want to watch Hillary Clinton "romance" the black vote in an awkward date... c'mon down to Dad's Garage and watch the insanity unfold. We'll even let the audience vote on what snack they want for intermission; however, don't be surprised if democracy means nobody gets what they want!
