The Atlanta Fringe Festival, recently named Best New Trend in the Arts by Creative Loafing readers, is thrilled to announce the internationally-acclaimed solo show Phone Whore as the first offering in AFF's expanded "Atlanta Fringe Presents" series. Highlighting outstanding theatrical productions by International Artists, the series kicks off November 14-16 at The Highland Ballroom with Cameryn Moore's unflinching, hilarious exploration of the phone sex industry and the taboos that pervade our sexual culture. Advanced tickets are $12 and are available via AtlantaFringe.org or Brown Paper Tickets. Tickets will also be available at the door for $15.
An Official Selection of the 2012 Montréal Zoofest and recipient of Best Female Solo and Pick of the Fringe (at the San Francisco and Victoria Fringe Festivals, respectively) Phone Whore has been rocking audiences all over the world with its intimate, sex-positive look at the place of "deviant" desires in society today. Moore, an accomplished solo artist who lives in Montreal, is currently criss-crossing the country on a tour of North America after a full run and sold-out shows at the 2013 Edinburgh Fringe.
