The hit musical [title of show] -- recent winner of Obie Awards for its creators Jeff Bowen and Hunter Bell and director Michael Beresse -- will return for an 8-week engagement this summer starting July 14 at the Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street).

The Village Voice Obie Awards for Messrs. Bowen, Bell and Beresse (The Light in the Piazza, Kiss Me, Kate) were among the few select awards given in musical categories at the annual event. The Obie and other recent recognition comes as the musical prepares for its 8-week commercial run, produced by Kevin McCollum, Laura Camien and the Vineyard Theatre, where [title of show] began performances on February 15, 2006 and extended three times by popular demand, concluding its initial run 11 weeks later in order to make room for the Vineyard's final production of the 05-06 season, Mary Pat Gleason's solo play Stopping Traffic, May 24 to June 25.

"[title of show] -- a hilarious and bittersweet tale about the artistic process and the indomitable spirit of two struggling writers and two struggling actresses who take on the seemingly impossible task of creating a new musical in just three weeks" -- is written by Jeff Bowen and Hunter Bell, and directed by Michael Beresse. Mr. Bowen and Mr. Bell are joined in the cast by Susan Blackwell and Heidi Blickenstaff.

[title of show] was nominated for two Drama League Awards: Distinguished Production of a Musical and a nomination for the entire ensemble.

An Original Cast Album of [title of show] will be released by Ghostlight Records in late July. [title of show] has musical arrangements and direction by Larry Pressgrove.

[title of show] features set design by Neil Patel; costume design by Chase Tyler; lighting design by Ken Billington and Jason Kantrowitz; and sound design by ACME Sound Partners.

The limited 8-week run of [title of show] will play at the Vineyard Theatre (108 East 15th Street) Mondays through Wednesdays at 8:00pm; Thursdays at 7:00pm & 10:00pm; Fridays at 8:00pm; and Saturdays at 5:00pm & 8:00pm. Tickets are $59 -- except for the 10:00pm performance on Thursdays, when all seats are $40. Reserved by calling Ticket Central at 212-279-4200 or online at www.TicketCentral.com
