REUNION RUN, a world-premiere drama written by emerging playwright John Doble -- whose one-act plays COFFEE HOUSE, GREENWICH VILLAGE and A SERIOUS PERSON were Finalists for Best Play in 2012 and 2013 at Midwinter Madness and Manhattan Rep, respectively -- will be presented as part of the 17th Annual New York International Fringe Festival - Fringe NYC, held this year from August 9th - 25th. In REUNION RUN, Danny, a troubled inner-city schoolteacher and his cousin, Ronnie, an Army captain, fall in love at a family reunion. After serving in Iraq, she returns, changed, and they struggle to help each other reassemble their lives.
