The Young People's Chorus of New York City (YPC), conducted by Artistic Director and Founder Francisco J. Núñez, will participate in the 84th Annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade® joining multi-talented and Tony-nominated Ann Hampton Calloway in the television premiere performance of "Yes Virginia, there's a Santa Claus" atop the Winter Wonderland in Central Park float. The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade® will be broadcast live in front of NBC-TV's national audience on November 25, 2010 beginning at 9:00 a.m.

"Yes Virginia, there's a Santa Claus" is a new arrangement written by Emmy-nominated composer Wesley Whatley with lyrics by Macy's Creative Director and Emmy-nominated lyricist William Schermerhorn. "Yes Virginia, there's a Santa Claus" is based on the well-known 1897 editorial from The Sun by Francis Pharcellus Church. The song is available for download on iTunes.
