The Human Race Theatre Company in Dayton, OH will present Voice of the City, a new musical comedy by Elaine Chelton and Kenneth Jones.
The two-week, 40-hour workshop will play at The Human Race Theatre Company on October 16th and 17th. Talkbacks will follow both performances.

The romantic musical comedy follows Sarah, a young girl who comes to Greenwich Village in 1906, where she experiences difficulty accepting the community around her. The show's plot is inspired by the O. Henry story "Springtime a la Carte."
The reading cast will star Meegan Midkiff as Sarah, and feature Jamie Cordes, Renee Franck-Reed, Scott Hunt, Deanne Lorette, Matt Neal, Katie Pees, David Sherman, Marya Spring, Scott Stoney, Patricia Linhart, and Erin Ulman.
