There will be 24 rush seats available, and the lotto will begin two and a half hours before showtime, with the winning names drawn from a barrel a half hour later. The national tour of Wicked stars Stephanie J. Block (The Boy from Oz) as Elphaba, the compassionate witch whose losing battle with a totalitarian wizard turns her to the darker side.
