Wendy Williams Returns to LA in LIPSHTICK - THE PERFECT SHADE OF STAND UP This Weekend

LIPSHTICK - THE PERFECT SHADE OF STAND UP is excited to welcome TV's Queen of all Media, Wendy Williams back to the stage, following her sold-out show in July. Williams will return to The Sands Showroom for two special performances, tonight, Oct. 31 and Saturday, Nov. 1. Tickets are now on sale.

Williams made her comedic debut in July and kicked off the LIPSHTICK series with her first-ever stand-up performance. After the shows, she said, "My jokes aren't really jokes, they are humorous takes on serious things that have happened in my life and I feel if I have been through things that other people have been through things too."

As a mother, wife, media mogul, entrepreneur, performer and best-selling author, Williams is best known for her long-running talk show The Wendy Williams Show. Named one of the "35 Most Powerful People in Media" by The Hollywood Reporter in both 2012 and 2013, her nationally-syndicated weekday program was hailed a "breakthrough in daytime" by The New York Times when it launched in 2009.

LIPSHTICK - THE PERFECT SHADE OF STAND UP is a resident comedy series that marks the first time in the storied entertainment history of Las Vegas that the comedy stage will be taken exclusively by female performers. The new series brings regular stand-up comedy performances to The Sands Showroom from an opening slate of 14 critically acclaimed comediennes.

Ticket prices range from $57.50 to $97.50 with a VIP Meet & Greet, not including tax and fees. A limited number of suite packages that include a meal at select Venetian and Palazzo restaurants, as well as VIP packages that include preferred front-row seating and a meet-and-greet with the comedienne, will be available.
