Everything is changing at the St. James Theatre! As BroadwayWorld previously announced, the smash hit musical comedy Something Rotten! has recently welcomed a slew of new principal cast members for its second year on Broadway. The production now stars Will Chase (Shakespeare), Catherine Brunell (Portia), Josh Grisetti (Nigel Bottom) and Leslie Kritzer (Bea), who were welcomed to the Renaissance yesterday July 18, and Rob McClure (Nick Bottom), who joined the cast just last month.

Will Chase (Shakespeare) recently starred as country music superstar Luke Wheeler on the ABC drama "Nashville." Broadway: The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Tony, Outer Critics Nominations), Nice Work If You Can Get It, Rent, Miss Saigon, The Full Monty, Aida, Lennon, High Fidelity, The Story of My Life and Billy Elliot. Television: "Smash," "The Good Wife," "Blue Bloods," "Rescue Me," "Royal Pains," "Necessary Roughness," "White Collar," "Pan Am." Alum of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.


Rob McClure (Nick Bottom) received Tony, Drama League and Outer Critics Circle nominations, won Theatre World and Clive Barnes awards for Chaplin: The Musical. Other Broadway: Noises Off, Honeymoon in Vegas, I'm Not Rappaport, Avenue Q. Helen Hayes nomination, Avenue Q national tour. Encores!: Where's Charley?, Irma la Douce. Regional: Ken Ludwig's A Comedy of Tenors, World Premiere, McCarter and Cleveland Playhouse. Two-time Barrymore Award (Philadelphia) winner. Leslie Kritzer (Bea) was most recently seen in The Roundabout Theater Company's revival of The Robber Bridegroom (Lucille Lortel Award, Drama League Award Nomination, Astaire Award Nomination). Broadway: Elf, Sondheim on Sondheim, A Catered Affair (Drama Desk Nomination), Legally Blonde (Clarence Derwent Award), Hairspray. Select Off-Broadway: Gigantic (Lucille Lortel Nomination), Nobody Loves You, On The Town ( City Center Encores!), Memory Show, The Great American Trailer Park Musical (Drama Desk Nomination), ROOMS a rock romance (OCC Nomination).
