appear in WOMEN ON
STAGE, a concert
benefiting The Songbook
Project at the Lucille
Lortel Theatre on Monday, October 11th at 8pm. The evening will be hosted by
Malcolm
Gets (Amour, Finian's Rainbow, A New
Brain, Hello Again and
TV's "Caroline in the City"). Supervising the production will be Phil Geoffrey Bond.The concert will feature each
of the singers in their own mini-concert, singing material from the Great
American Songbook, old and new, along with some of the Broadway songs they
helped make classics.The Songbook Project is a 501(c)(3) charitable
organization dedicated to promoting the art of live performance, with a special
emphasis on both new and classic popular songs. The organization brings
professional singers into schools and community centers to perform these
American standards, followed by a question and answer session. Please see
